We just loved our stay, especially when the bell boys helped us with our bags right away and the dining area served delicious meals every day! The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing after sightseeing. Just a heads-up, it got a bit noisy in the hallways sometimes, but it didn’t spoil our fun!

The stay was enjoyable, especially the breathtaking views from the balcony of my room, which created a very romantic atmosphere. The breakfast had a fantastic selection with made-to-order omelets, which was a highlight for me. However, the gym had limited equipment, which was a bit disappointing.

great kids playroom but lacking nearby dining options
The kids playroom is fantastic. The staff opened it just for us on a weekday, which was very kind. The room we stayed in was spacious, with a lovely patio that offered a nice outdoor space for relaxation. We also appreciated the varied breakfast options, providing fresh and healthy selections each morning.
Limited nearby dining options require some planning.

missingWrote a review on Jun 02made-to-order omeletsgreat pool areahelpful stafftricky locationtoo religious
The hotel's pool area is top-notch, perfect for the fam to chill after a long day out exploring. Plus, the staff are genuine champs, always ready to help you find your way around Jerusalem.
The location can be tricky. you'll need a taxi to hit the hot spots. Also, it felt a bit too religious for my taste, with customs that seemed to sideline those who aren’t observant.

We had an unforgettable stay with our adult kids! The hotel was just a short walk from Tisch Family Zoological Gardens and we loved spending time at the pool area which was both stylish and family-friendly. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options.
In my children’s opinion, the dining service could be improved. It was often slow during meal times and a few more staff members would really help keep things running smoothly.
